Learning Disabilities

We are an educational organization that provides assessments and tutoring for Dyslexia and other learning disabilities. We also identify underlying vision and/or auditory issues.

Information and training in methods for overcoming learning problems developed by Ron Davis, author of The Gift of Dyslexia.

The IDA actively promotes effective teaching approaches and related clinical educational intervention strategies for dyslexics. We support and encourage interdisciplinary research. We facilitate the exploration of the causes and early identification of dyslexia and are committed to the responsible and wide dissemination of research based knowledge.

LD OnLine seeks to help children and adults reach their full potential by providing accurate and up-to-date information and advice about learning disabilities and ADHD.

Specific learning disabilities - dyslexia, dysgraphia, mathematical learning disabilities (dyscalculia), nonverbal learning disabilities - what they are, how they are diagnosed, and strategies for compensating for them and overcoming them.

A national, non-profit organization providing information for children and adults with learning disabilities.

The site now contains lists of tools, schools, organizations and professionals and other resources for the LD community as well as new articles and commentaries.
